At Lactalis South Africa, we are passionate about the youth and believe in growing, nurturing and developing their skills.

Young Talent Development - Learnerships
What When How Who
Learnerships: Occupational Certificates: Powder, cheese, butter, yoghurt 3 year Learnerships with new intakes commencing every year March Good performing candidates identified by line managers in line with career paths.
Fixed term positions, advertised yearly for unemployed youth
Process System Operators and Supervisors, as well as Production Artisan aids at Bonnievale, Ladismith and Kyalami
Learnerships: Production Technology (NQF 2, 3 and 4) 1 year Learnerships commencing in March of every year Good performing candidates identified by line managers in line with career paths
Fixed term positions advertised early for unemployed youth
Machine Attendants, Process System Supervisors and Shift Controllers in the PE plant, Bonnievale Process and Prepack departments and Cape Town Ice cream plant
Management Learnerships: Manufacturing management (NQF 5) 18 month Learnerships commencing in March of every year Good performing candidates identified by line managers in line with career paths Production Coordinators and identified successors
